If you use core messaging and community functions anonymously (via private key only), we do not collect any personally identifying data.

4.2 Financial Features (Operated by Independent Custody Partner)

If you choose to use financial features within the Mosavi App—such as digital asset wallets, peer-to-peer transfers, deposits, withdrawals, or Red Packet gifting—these services are provided exclusively by an independent third-party Custody Partner, who operates separately and independently from Mosavi. The Custody Partner may collect and process your personal information as necessary to provide such services. Please refer to the Custody Partner’s user agreement and privacy policy for the applicable terms and conditions governing the use of your information.

4.3 Technical & Usage Data

We may collect limited metadata such as:

- Device type, OS, and browser version

- Log-in activity and feature usage patterns

- Crash and error reports
